Open the Start Menu and press run.

A run dialog will open and within that run box type"MSINFO32" without quotes and press Enter

An MSINFO Window like the one below will open containing your device information for:

Processor

The multiple processors listed show this as a multiple processor machine. Quad core 2.4Ghz in this case.

RAM

This system contains 4,096 MB or 4 GB of RAM

To get the information for our Video Card and Hard Drive we have to open up the Components in system information by clicking the "+" which will expand the components listing like below.

Video Card

The Display subcategory shows the all of the relevant information about your video card.

Storage

The Drives subcategory under Storage shows the all of the relevant information about your hard drive.
