What are the PC requirements?

Required:
Processor:  Pentium 4 - 2.4 GHz
System memory:  1 GB RAM
Video:  DirectX 9.0c compliant, 256 MB RAM
DVD ROM drive

Recommended:
Processor: Core 2 Duo processor
System memory:  2 GB RAM
DVD ROM drive
Video: DirectX 9.0c compliant, 512 MB RAM

How do I determine the capabilities of my PC?

1.) Right Click on the My Computer icon on either your Desktop or Start menu
2.) Select Properties
3.) On the first screen, the General Tab, you will see the CPU and Memory information for your computer.
4.) Left Click on the Hardware Tab at the top
5.) Left Click on the Device Manager Button
6.) Left Click on Display Adapters.
7.) The item that appears will be your Graphics Card
8.) Match this information (CPU, Memory and Graphics Card) with the system requirements on our website to see if your computer is capable of playing BCFx. If it is not, some upgrades may be needed.

Will BCFx run on a laptop?

As long as your system meets the listed requirements (graphics card, memory, etc.) you should have no trouble running it on a laptop.

The following laptops had no problem installing and playing BCFx:

I tried to order the BCFX game from your website, but keep receiving a Page Cannot be Displayed message. 

Although you received this message, your order has been successfully placed. This is an error in the website that we are in the process of correcting.

The game is running poorly on my system. What can I do?

Many issues can be resolved by
1) Making sure your video card meets the minimum requirements for BCFx
2) Updating your video drivers to the latest version
3) Installing the most recent Windows updates

Also, please refer to the Performance Tips on the support page of our website. Here you will find ways to improve the performance of the game on your computer such as decreasing the graphics quality to Low in the Graphics Settings.

What is your return policy on direct orders?

All sales of BCFx are final. If you are experiencing problems running the game, please visit our support page on the website or email our tech support department for a quick reply.

Will this run on a Mac?

Currently, this is a PC only title.

What graphics card do I need to run BCFx?

The following cards have been tested and will run BCFx:

nVidia

ATI

The ATI Radeon 9200 graphics card does not work with BCFx as it only supports Direct X 8.

I have noticed a problem with the game, or the game does not behave as I expected.

Nerjyzed Entertainment will be providing updates to BCFx. These updates will be downloaded over the Internet and installed automatically on your pc

I am experiencing installation or updating errors on my Windows Vista PC.

The following procedures have been found to work in many cases, however, because it requires you to make changes to your system software, Nerjyzed Entertainment accepts no liability - please use at your own risk.
1) Uninstall BCFx using the shortcut on the Start button.
2) Make sure that Ageia Physx is uninstalled using the control panel -Add/Remove Programs.
3) Manually delete the Nerjyzed Entertainment folder under C:\Program Files
4) Disable the User Account Control as shown in the following link:

6) Make sure the correct video drivers are displayed under system properties
7) Reinstall BCFx

When playing a two-player game, what controllers can I use?

Both players can use Microsoft Windows compatible USB controllers, or one player can use a controller while the other player uses the computer keyboard.

I am having trouble installing the game.

If you have already installed BCFx, you should uninstall the game using the Uninstall BCFx icon located on the start menu. After uninstalling BCFx, it might be necessary to manually delete the Nerjyzed Entertainment folder found in the C:\Program Files folder. Finally, it might be necessary to remove the Physx application by selecting Add or Remove Programs from your computer control panel, which can be found in the Windows start menu.

I have already installed BCFx, but it still tries to install itself every time I insert the DVD.

A limited number of discs might exhibit this behavior. Simple click the cancel button and BCFx should start normally.

I am trying to install BCFx and I'm getting these error messages: One is Data12.cab is corrupt and couldn't be installed and the other is 2350.FDI experienced a server error. How can I resolve these issues?

I double-clicked my BCFx icon, but nothing happens.

BCFx could take up to 60 seconds to start on some computers. However, if BCFx does not start after this time, your video card or drivers might not meet our minimum specifications as detailed here in our FAQ as well as on the game box. If this is the case, an upgrade may be needed.
